Celebrate Marjorie Parham’s 100th birthday on Feb. 11!

UPDATE (2/10/2018): Majorie Parham’s 100th birthday celebration has been moved to The Clarion Hotel, located on 3855 Hauck Rd 45241.

Marjorie Parham, The Cincinnati Herald’s publisher emerita, turns 100 on Feb. 12, so you are invited to an informal reception for her on Sunday, Feb. 11, from 2 – 4 p.m. at The Cottingham, 3995 Cottingham Drive. Cincinnati, OH 45241. Mrs. Parham’s husband, Gerald Porter, founded The Cincinnati Herald in 1955, and Mrs. Parham took over running the paper when ZMr. Porter died suddenly from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in 1963. She sold The Cincinnati Herald to Sesh Communications in 1996 and has continued as our publisher emerita. Come out and enjoy music and refreshments! No charge and no presents necessary. We just need you to show some love to this community icon.
