Astronaut Scott Kelly highlights Cincinnati Museum Center lecture series

The rigors and wonders of space. The identity and social impact of hip hop. Tales from battlefields past, present and future. The modern technology used to save historic architecture. These themes headline Cincinnati Museum Center ‘s (CMC) slate of lectures this fall.

CMC’s Insights Lecture Series encourages lifelong learning and community conversations around a variety of topics with local, national and global impacts. This fall, lecturers will take audiences around the world and into the starry sky above, back in time to battlefields where soldiers made the ultimate sacrifice and uncommon valor became commonplace. Local experts will share stories of James Brown and Bootsie Collins and of the science behind restoring a National Historic Landmark.
