Skanska, with its joint venture partner Megen Construction, has signed a contract for $93 million with the Winton Woods City School District and the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission to manage a multibuilding construction project in Cincinnati.
This contract includes oversight of construction for two new replacement schools: a 205,000-square-foot elementary school, and a 238,000-square-foot middle and high school. Both projects will seek a minimum of LEED Silver certification.
Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2019 and is slated for completion in January 2021.
