The Illuminate Leadership Institute will host the 2020 Illuminate Leadership Conference (ILC) at Northern Kentucky University, July 19 -24, 2020.
Sponsored by Make It Plain Consulting, The ILC is a 6-day residential leadership program for 7th and 8th grade students. The purpose of the conference is to inspire youth to “better their best” through engaging activities, mentorship and exposure to academic resources, career pathways and real-world principals. Their vision is for every ILC student to be BRIGHT!

Registration is open to students who are rising 7th – 9th graders in the Fall 2020 school year. Students must be motivated, academically strong, and high achieving. Only 100 students will be accepted. All nominees must officially register online at www.ILI-Leaders.org/register.
The Illuminate Leadership Conference is an all-inclusive experience. Tuition cost is $700 that includes housing at Northern Kentucky University, three daily meals while, conference materials and transportation to and from our excursions.
Students will live in a dormitory, attend skills building workshops such as emotional intelligence and diversity, goal achieving, and communication as well as field trips. Let’s not forget, we have nightly mixers such as pool parties and game nights for students to meet new friends and relax.
