Marjorie Parham, the longtime former publisher of The Cincinnati Herald will have a street (Lincoln Avenue) named by the City of Cincinnati in her honor at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 12, just south of the former African American Chamber building at Gilbert and Martin Luther King Jr. Mrs. Parham is 102.
The public is invited to attend.
