Hall of Fame shortstop Barry Larkin will join Fox Sports Ohio as a color TV analyst for the 2021 season, calling all 81 Reds home games.
Larkin, 56, will rotate with returning analysts Chris Welsh and Jeff Brantley. Larkin has previously worked as a broadcaster at ESPN and MLB Network.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Larkin played shortstop for the Reds from 1986 to 2004. Larkin holds nine Silver Slugger awards, three Gold Glove awards and the 1995 National League Most Valuable Player Award.
He joined ESPN in 2011 as an analyst on “Baseball Tonight” and the “Sunday Night Baseball” pregame show.
