The Cincinnati Herald is taking a look at several Team USA members as we count down to the 2020 Summer Olympics, which are being held in Tokyo, Japan starting Friday, July 23 until Sunday, August 8. Today we take a look at Gabrielle Thomas.
Gabrielle Thomas is an American track-and-field athlete. Thomas became the second-fastest woman in history when she clocked 21.61 seconds in the Olympic Trials final.
At Harvard, where she majored in neurobiology with a secondary in global health and health policy, Thomas won the NCAA indoor title in the 200 in 2018 and was second outdoors.
