Talbert House honors three at annual luncheon

Robert Alexander, Nadine Allen and Kathy Schwab honored

Talbert House hosted its 2021 Annual Luncheon at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati on September 24 to celebrate the past year’s achievements and honor those who have made an impact on the community and the agency’s mission. Talbert House is proud to honor Robert Alexander, Nadine Allen and Kathy Schwab as this year’s honorees.

Robert Alexander, Retired Senior Vice President of PNC Bank, was honored with the Ernest Talbert Award. A Vietnam combat veteran, he has continued to support the veteran community by volunteering in the establishment of the Veterans in Crisis Program at Talbert House.

Nadine Allen, Retired Court of Common Pleas Judge, received the Agnes Seasongood Award. Known for being fair but firm on the bench, Judge Allen founded the Just Solutions Commission, which is focused on improving the administration of justice.

Kathy Schwab, Retired Executive Director of LISC Greater Cincinnati, was honored with the Community Service Award. Kathy is a life-long urban advocate and continues to focus on finding funding for the gap in affordable housing.
