Community representatives, Cincinnati Police Department representatives and Cincinnati City Council members came together at City Hall to observe the 20th Anniversary of the Collaborative Agreement, a model of police/community relations. Some of those involved in the creation of the Collaborative Agreement, who spoke at the anniversary event, were, from left, City Councilman Scotty Johnson, then-President of Cincinnati Sentinels Police Association; Iris Roley, a community activist in the Black United Front; Bomani Tyehimea, at podium, who filed the racial profiling complaint against Cincinnati police; Doug Springs, community activist; and present Interim Police Chief Teresa Theetge, at far right.
