The Rotary Club of Cincinnati recently volunteered at St. Francis Seraph Ministries during Rotary Do Days, a large-scale, community-wide service day in Greater Cincinnati, when volunteers from the Rotary Club of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Cares and Tristate companies partner with area nonprofits to engage in meaningful service activities.

Cincinnati Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Kearney delivers a proclamation for Rotary Do Days.

On a Friday afternoon in October, nine Rotary volunteers chose St. Francis Seraph Ministries in Over-the-Rhine to serve dinner in the Mother Teresa of Calcutta Dining Room to guests who have fallen on hard times, are unsheltered or simply need a meal. During the event, Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Kearney delivered a City of Cincinnati proclamation declaring Rotary Do Days as acts of meaningful service that benefit our community.
