What you need:

*A full bottle of “dry” red wine

*2 cups of dragon fruit rum or vodka

*Dragon Fruit, mango, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, guava, and passion fruit

*5 cups of raspberry lemonade

*Lemon-lime soda or sparkling water

*Large glass pitcher

Canned fruit has an unpleasant tin taste and mushy texture, so frozen or fresh fruit will perform better and is highly recommended.

If some of the recipe fruits aren’t available, double up on the one’s that are handy.

Fresh Dragon fruit (also called pitaya) has flavors of melon and pear.

There are several dragon fruit flavored rums and vodkas on the market.

Add all ingredients to the pitcher except the lemon-lime soda.

Allow the sangria mixture to marry for approximately 3 hours and add a splash of soda or sparkling water before serving for effervescence.
