Carl B. Westmoreland, a Cincinnati icon and senior advisor to the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, was honored with the renaming of Auburn Ave. in the Mt. Auburn neighborhood in recognition of his decades of work creating affordable housing for underserved communities.
