Are you in the mood for luxury, sensuality, and instant gratification?

Then order a box of delicious Neuhaus chocolate this Valentine’s Day.

Jean Neuhaus was the Swiss pharmacist that invented the praline. The Neuhaus family of gourmet Belgium chocolates are leaders in the industry. Neuhaus wanted to become a medical doctor to help people and he went to study medicine in Grenoble.

Things didn’t go as planned and he then moved and settled in Brussels. That same year he opened a pharmacy in the prestigious Queen’s Gallery.

Neuhaus covered some his medications with a fine layer of chocolate, this of course is no longer practiced. The company has a large portfolio of delicious chocolate. Every piece of chocolate is a scrumptious work of art and made with style.

PRALINES THAT PAIR PERFECTLY WITH A GLASS OF WINE

Neuhaus Chocolatiers teamed up with the Belgian Gault & Millau wine experts and sommelier Sepideh Sedaghatnia to produce the “Wine Pairing Collection”. Five new pralines that offer a balanced mix of taste, texture, and cocoa intensity. Quality ingredients like Earl Grey tea, saffron, cardamom, and acacia honey.

The “Wine Pairing Collection” is an excellent gift for both chocolate lovers and wine connoisseurs. Part of the collection pairs with red wines, and the other with white wines.

Praline flavors include Sommelier Amandes, Sommelier Cerises, Sommelier Earl Grey, Sommelier safran, and Sommelier miel.

The box is beautiful with 24 pieces of chocolate and can be used after the candy has been eaten.

Grenache, Zinfandel, Grenache Blanc, and Pinot Blanc pair well with this collection.

There is a complete ledger inside of the box to read about the company, and suggestions on pairing the chocolates with wine.

A wonderful Valentine’s Day treat for yourself or a single friend. Enjoying Neuhaus chocolates is life changing, and like eating the lyrics to your favorite song.
