At yesterday’s media event, community leaders revealed the success of the Avondale Town Center project.

After 10 years and $45 million spent, this project has been a success.

Avondale Town Center now has a grocery store, a Black-owned pharmacy, a healing arts center, a 24 hour laundromat, a cereal bar, and multiple stores and restaurants.
