BBB Torch Awards for Ethics and BBB Spark Awards annual event
Honors the region’s ethical business community. The established leaders with unwavering character, mavericks with great company culture, the do-gooders who put the “community” in commerce. This year’s dazzling event was held at the Summit Hotel.
A welcome wagon of friendly faces greeted me at the hotel lobby. Plenty of opportunities to network with like-minded business individuals. Wine, beer, soft drinks, and liquor to quench your thirst.
Drink tickets were a part of the ticket price, and additional cocktails could be purchased. A professional staff served heavy hor dโoeuvres, with a multitude of choices. Roasted nuts, drunken cheese, imported cheeses, grilled veggies, fried shrimp, bite sized beef Wellington, hummus, breads, crackers, unique dips, and side dishes. My favorites were the grilled artichokes, chicken meatballs, and the cabernet sauvignon.
The Torch Awards for Ethics and Spark Awards presentation was held in the hip modern gallery in the Summit Hotel. Freddy Mac is the on-air personality for Cincinnati Q102 radio. He hosted the award ceremony along with Jocile Ehrlich, President/CEO of BBB. Wine was served during the seated ceremony, and the awards were given out with honor and pride.
Afterward bite sized desserts were served, cheesecake, chocolate sponge cake, petit fours, cannoli, and strawberry mousse cups. My favorite dessert was the round chocolate sponge cakes. I couldnโt stop eating them, that was until Freddy Mac started playing dance music. We all danced the night away and took moving photos in the adorable 360-degree photo platform.
Congratulations to the winners, see the website for a full list of recipients.

Peace & Love
We enjoy these types of articles.
All kinds of drama and negative energy every where. BUT Ms Wanda don’t seemed phased by it.
I celebrate her attitude and zest for a fun time.
