Rochelle Thompson, a long-term public servant, was honored and celebrated on her birthday for her impact on the city of Cincinnati, including her role in the economic inclusion efforts of the Banks Project and HOPE VI efforts, and her current role as the Training Manager for the City’s department of Water Works.
