BLINK®, illuminated by ArtsWave, has released the full 2024 Experience Map for the nation’s largest immersive art and light event. BLINK will transform more than 30 city blocks with light projections, light-based installations, new murals, activations, live music performances and more, stretching from Over-The-Rhine through Northern Kentucky, October 17–20, 2024.

The BLINK 2024 Experience Map details exact locations within the footprint where light projections, newly painted murals, activations, live music performances, suggested walking routes, and key locations like drone viewing and hospitality areas can be found. The route for the BLINK Parade, which will take place on October 17, 2024, is still to be announced.

“We encourage people to dive into the BLINK experience map and seek out the highlights that speak to them,” said Justin Brookhart, Executive Director of BLINK. “BLINK is a four-night extravaganza – and you can choose your own adventure to see as much or as little as you want to discover. The map isn’t a checklist, it’s a guidebook – don’t be afraid to go off the beaten path and take your time to find wonder around every corner.”

Attendees are encouraged to use the dynamic map at www.blinkcincinnati.com/map. This map also includes interactive features that provide additional details about the art and artists.

BLINK organizers have created walking trails within each zone to guide attendees in their travels. Each trail is less than 1.5 miles, and it’s recommended attendees try one or two per night to see key highlights of the festival if they do not have time to plan on their own. All trails can be found on the dynamic map on BLINK’s website. You can also download individual zone maps and trails here.

BLINK is working in partnership with accessibility consultants All In Events, and will soon release an accessibility map that includes accessible pathways, viewing areas, and drop-off and pickup locations. More information can be found here, and patrons with specific questions can submit them to BLINKAccess@cincinnatichamber.com.

Musical performances and entertainment experiences will be heard in various ways throughout the zones.

Food and beverage options will also be abundant throughout the footprint of BLINK. In addition to the many restaurants and bars attendees will pass on their trek through the city, Cincinnati Music Hall, the Contemporary Arts Center and the Aronoff Center will be open with available restrooms and concessions during BLINK.

TANK and CincyLink will provide free transportation to BLINK from Park and Rides during the festival. The Cincinnati Connector Streetcar will also be running throughout the entirety of BLINK to assist in getting people from one zone to another.
