Over 43.000 Cincinnati Reds fans attended Reds Opening Day basball game against the San Francisco Giants. Before the gates opened many fans filled G.A.B.P plaza and once they opened this year Grand Marshal former Reds thrid baseman was Chris Sabo. Reds Manager Terry Francona recevied the annual fruit basket from Findley Market Opening Day Parade Chairperson,Neil Luken. Chris also had the honor of throwing out the first pitch. The Reds had a moment to honoring some fomer Reds players who had passed in 2024. Retired Technical Sergeant Felita LaRock song ‘God Bless America’. The Reds lost their opening 6-4.
