Mariah Couch, a native of Cincinnati, was just crowned the 2025-2026 Miss North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.
Mariah Couch is a junior civil engineering student at North Carolina A&T State University. She was born and raised in Cincinnati, where she graduated from Walnut Hills High School and calls Allen Temple A.M.E. her church home.Â
Mariah Couch was elected as the 91st Miss North Carolina A&T for the 2025-2026 academic year on March 26. Mariah currently serves as the Junior Class Chief of Staff, Miss Kappa Alpha Psi 2024-2025 for the Alpha Nu Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and previously held the title of Miss Sophomore (2023-2024).
Mariah has secured summer internships with Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and Clark Construction Group in Washington, D.C. and Charlotte, North Carolina. Through this experience and learning, she hopes to take her talents and use them in Field Engineering or Project Management.
