Vice President, Region Marketing Manager, Fifth Third Bank
Domonique Broomfield has accepted the position of Financial Center Manager at the Fifth Third Financial Center in Avondale, set to open on August 26. This new location marks a major investment in expanding financial access and revitalizing the historic Avondale community.
A former accountant turned award-winning social impact leader, Broomfield brings over 20 years of experience in global finance, strategic partnerships, and community advocacy. She more recently served as the leader of a Financial Empowerment Center, with a local nonprofit right here in Avondale. In that role, she designed and led equity-based financial wellness programs that served hundreds of familiesโnot only in Avondale and its surrounding neighborhoods, but across Greater Cincinnati. Her work included collaborations with some of the regionโs most prominent organizations, driving initiatives focused on financial literacy, generational wealth-building, and inclusive economic development.
Broomfield is a Community Architect and Vision Mobilizer whose leadership bridges financial and mental wellness to create lasting impact. She holds degrees in Computer Science and Management, and is a Certified Behavior Change Specialist, Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and nationally recognized public speaker. She is also a proud graduate and member of the Queen City Game Changers Executive Womenโs Leadership Program, where she deepened her commitment to transformational leadership and inclusive innovation.
In her free time, Broomfield enjoys attending the symphony, supporting Cincinnatiโs tech and entrepreneurship ecosystem, and riding bikes with her children and their dog, a female boxer named Layla.

Congratulations! May God continue to bless you in all your endeavors!
