Cincinnati Police Department District One is investigating a breaking and entering offense that occurred at 1615 Republic St., The Saint Anthony Center The offense occurred on August 27 at 1:18 a.m. The building that was broken into will be used to help the homeless and less fortunate. The suspect, who is shown in the image above that was taken by a security camera, took construction tools, clothing and office supplies.
