Vote by mail, vote early in-person, or vote at your polling location on Election Day

The deadline to request a ballot by mail is noon Saturday, November 4. To receive an application, please call the Board of Elections at 632-7039 or 632-7044 or download a form from our website. Ballots must be returned to the Board by 7:30 p.m. Election Day or postmarked on or before Monday, November 6.

Extended hours for early in-person voting: The Board of Elections will be open for voting Monday, October 30 through Friday, November 3, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Saturday, November 4, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Sunday, November 5, 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.; Monday, November 6, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. The Board’s new location is 4700 Smith Road in Norwood.

Vote at your polling location Election Day, November 7. Polls will be open 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Remember to bring ID. For acceptable forms of ID or to find your polling location, go to our website or call 632-7000.

There is still time to become a precinct election official (poll worker). The Hamilton County Board of Elections is hiring precinct election officials. Precinct election officials earn $181.50 (includes training, Monday set-up and Election Day). We offer morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday training classes. You must be a registered and active voter in Hamilton County and you cannot have a felony conviction.
