Cincinnati Police Department report
On January 10, at about 3:08 a.m., Cincinnati Police Department District Three officers responded to the 2800 block of Shaffer Avenue to investigate a report of a shooting. First responders found shooting victim Stanley Moore Jr., 43, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
