Brian Lamb, Executive Vice President, Head of Retail Banking and Retail Brokerage with Fifth Third Bancorp, will join JP Morgan Chase as its Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion. At Fifth Third, Lamb led more than 8,000 employees and oversaw more than 1,150 financial centers and approximately 2,500 ATMs. Lamb and his workforce provided products and services to inspire customers with smart financial solutions, with the goal of improving their lives and communities. In his previous role at Fifth Third, Lamb oversaw the execution of Fifth Third Bank’s five-year, $32 billion community commitment. He also was regional president of Fifth Third Bank in North Florida, and chief financial officer of the Tampa Bay market.
