Kroger’s Cincinnati/ Dayton Division welcomes Jenifer Moore as Corporate Affairs Manager replacing Erin Rolfes, who has accepted a new role with Kroger’s Technology and Digital team.

Moore joins Kroger with a wealth of experience in government affairs having previously served Ohioans as a state senatorial legislative aide, campaign manager, and Deputy Communications Director for both the Ohio Senate Democratic Caucus and Ohio Democratic Party.

In the private sector, her most recent role was Senior Public Affairs Specialist for AAA Club Alliance Inc. In this role, Moore was responsible for all aspects of AAA’s external communication through multiple channels, as well as government affairs and community relations initiatives impacting the automotive industry in the Greater Cincinnati and West Virginia markets.

Her knowledge and experience in communications and advocacy, plus her deep connectivity in Ohio, will help us enhance Kroger’s reputation and elevate our unique story in our hometown,” said Keith Dailey, Kroger’s group vice president of Corporate Affairs. “Jenifer is already making positive impacts and providing insights to shape our strategic plans.”

Moore received her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and her MBA from the University of Dayton. She serves on the Hamilton County Commission of Women and Girls Task Force, is an active member of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, Tri-State Trails Executive Board, The Cincinnati Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and was a co-founder of the Greater Cincinnati Black Public Relations Professionals group.

A lifetime Cincinnatian, Moore said she is excited to rejoin Kroger after spending a summer with the company as a junior service clerk as a teenager. She has remained a loyal Kroger shopper through the years and is excited to support and enhance Kroger’s reputation throughout the Cincinnati area and will serve as the spokesperson for the market.
