It’s the Lenten season in Cincinnati, which can only mean one thing: fish fry Fridays are back (that, and someone you know has given up chocolate for the next 40 days). So many churches — plus assorted savvy eateries — in Greater Cincinnati are offering some type of special fried fish dish on Fridays and now there is an app to help guide you.
Ready for download: Developed by Patchboard in Cincinnati, OH the official Cincinnati Fish FryApp is now available for download for free in both the Google Play and the App Store.
Users can view the full list of fish fries and their menus, hours of operation as well as sort and filter by location, carry out and more.
Additionally, not only will you have the most comprehensive Fish Fry list in the city, you’ll be able to be rewarded by supporting the local fish fries and eateries throughout the Lenten season.
Two ways to win:
- Check in at 4 or more locations during the lenten season (through March 28, 2024) and you are automatically entered to win $100 in gift cards to Izzy’s.
- Earn points for dining out and supporting the community fish fries and eateries. The person with the most points at the end of Lent will also win $100 in gift cards to Izzy’s.
