As Women’s Herstory Month unfolds, it’s a time of reflection, celebration, and action. At the heart of this vibrant observance is All-In Cincinnati, a racial equity coalition dedicated to the mantra of Building Racial Equity as we Honor, Celebrate, and Love Black Women. Our coalition, in partnership with Greater Cincinnati Foundation, Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation, Fifth Third Foundation, Interact for Health, United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and bi3 is steadfast in its mission to foster systemic change, amplify efforts for equitable neighborhoods, and drive sustainable economic growth through equity.

Our dedicated team is the backbone of this mission:

  • Denisha Porter, our Executive Director, leads with vision, strategic direction, and unwavering passion.
  • Tiffany George, Program Manager, champions community-led policy change and reduces health dispaotes as a Community Health Worker.
  • Segann March, our Grant Writing Specialist, secures the essential resources for our initiatives.
  • Courtney D. Holland, Director of Communications and Community Engagement, broadens our reach and deepens community connections.
  • Rameka Smith, Administrative Assistant, ensures our operations are streamlined.

Moreover, we’re thrilled to spotlight the exceptional contributions that made our recent “Shirley” movie screening event a resounding success. Our deepest gratitude is extended to Kristen Schlotman of Film Cincinnati, whose unwavering dedication and insight were instrumental in illuminating the achievements of pioneering Black women like Shirley Chisholm. Her contributions not only enriched the event but also deepened our community’s engagement with such an important narrative. Special thanks to Regina and Reina King for bringing Chisholm’s story to life, and providing over 1200 jobs in Cincinnati. We also extend our gratitude to Aharon Brown, Director of the Racial Justice Fund, and Rasheda Cromwell, Chief Impact Officer at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, for their pivotal support in celebrating the legendary Regina and Reina King.

Chef LaTrisha Fail from SeasonedDish elevated the evening with her culinary expertise, adding to the night’s success.

Don’t miss out on the captivating highlights of the event, now available on our YouTube channel.
