CINCINNATI, OH — Join the Cincinnati Recreation Commission at Dunham Recreation Complex on Saturday, May 25 at 11:30 a.m. to “Ride the Slide!”
This annual tradition marks the official Cincy Rec Summer kickoff and opening of our pools. Thanks to a collaborative effort and a lot of hard work, 100% of CRC pools will open this summer along with 9 spray grounds.
“I am proud of the CRC team, our aquatics division, human resources, city partners, and everyone who worked tirelessly to make ’24 in 24’ a reality. Pools are integral community centers, offering not only fun and recreation, but swim lessons, swim team, therapeutics, fitness, and employment opportunities. CRC pools and spray grounds are an essential part of summertime in Cincinnati, and a fantastic way to cool down, have fun, and stay active,” said Cincinnati Recreation Commission Director Daniel Betts.
The 2024 CRC Summer Season runs from May 25 to Sept. 2, 2024. Memorial Day weekend will see Dunham, Oakley, & McKie open to the public, 17 pools open the following week on June 3, and 4 pools open June 10th.
