Breakfast at Bar Rotunda:
The ambiance and vibe at Bar Rotunda is located right in the lobby of Book Tower. It’s open all day but I decided to try it for breakfast. The bar area was cute & cozy and perfect for an easy breakfast to start my day. They also have a working area where you can bring your computer and do some work while enjoying coffee, pastries and light breakfast fare. I enjoyed coffee and one of the best avocado toast I’ve ever had.
Dinner at Le Suprême
If you’re looking to treat yourself to an unforgettable dining experience, let me introduce you to Le Suprême at Book Tower. This spot is all about French elegance. As I entered Le Suprême, I felt like I was in Paris. You all know how much I love Paris! The ambiance is chic and sophisticated, with beautifully set tables, soft lighting, and elegant décor. It’s the ideal setting for a romantic dinner, or just a night to take yourself out. I enjoyed a delicious French 75 paired with an endive salad and steak frites. Ooh La La!
Dinner at HIROKI-SAN
Located just downstairs from the lobby, I walked in HIROKI-SAN, and was immediately struck by its sleek, modern design. The ambiance is sophisticated with a touch of Zen—perfect for a date night or girls’ night. The vibe is moody, in a good way. I enjoyed trying their rose sake, gyoza and hot noodles. It was so good! It was a perfect dinner to start off a girl’s night.
Rooftop Drinks at Kamper’s
Views with a view. Book Tower has an amazing rooftop bar with scenic downtown Detroit views. This is the place to be for happy hour or a night out. Enjoy craft cocktails and a selection of delicious small plates while taking in stunning views of the Detroit skyline. I enjoyed one of the biggest gin & tonics of my life – and enjoyed every sip of it! Make sure you make reservations in advance because this is the place to be!
