On Saturday, September 27, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center will bring a powerful blend of celebration, storytelling and soul to Cincinnati.

The International Freedom Conductor Awards, presented by Procter & Gamble, is more than an awards ceremony — it’s a tribute to the enduring spirit of freedom and those who champion it today. And this year’s entertainment lineup promises to match the night’s inspiration with unforgettable performances.

Tickets for the 2025 International Freedom Conductor Awards are available now at cincinnatiarts.org.

Guiding the evening is two-time EmmyAward–winning journalist and author Tamron Hall, whose signature voice and presence will bring heart and purpose to the stage.

Taking the spotlight throughout the night:

Deborah Cox, a trailblazer in music and activism, rose to fame with her platinum album “One Wish.” She’s the first Black woman inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and a tireless advocate for social justice.

Keith D. Robinson, known for “Dreamgirls” and his role as the Green Ranger in “Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue,” infuses every performance with his signature perseverance and soul.

Major R. Johnson Finley, known by fans as MAJOR, has sung “Honest” and “Why I Love You” into modern classics.

Syleena Johnson’s music is deeply rooted in truth and resilience. Her acclaimed “Chapter” album series and standout feature on “All Falls Down” have cemented her as one of R&B’s most authentic voices.
