The restaurant and hotel scene in Cincinnati, Ohio is amazing!

I went to the 21C Metropole for brunch, located at 609 Walnut Street downtown in the heart of the city.

Daily brunch is 7am-11am and the menu is subject to change.

Valet parking is available for short term and full day; there is a fee for both options.

The style of the dining room is somewhat simple. However, the food and service are outstanding.

I had the foragerโ€™s omelet with oyster mushrooms, goat cheese, sautรฉed onions, seasonal vegetables, and breakfast potatoes.

There was a choice of sides with the omelet, so I opted for potatoes. A large properly prepared omelet with tender mushrooms, browned onions and diced yellow squash. Served with a side of whole crispy baby potatoes.

My friend ordered the brioche French toast with fresh summer berries, and espresso infused mascarpone. It’s well known that I donโ€™t consume pork and moist turkey sausage patties can be ordered from the A la carte menu.

The mimosa was like no cocktail Iโ€™ve ever experienced. A lot to say since I make the rounds with libations.

This mimosa is made with prosecco with guava and grapefruit juice.

One of the best cocktails in the Queen city and not to be missed.

Can also be ordered with mango and orange juice combo.

The prices were standard for a sit-down restaurant in Cincinnati.

Plenty of non-alcoholic beverages on the menu, eggs Benedict, black forest ham, several brews of coffee, fine teas, steak with eggs, and goetta.

Time for the free museum at 21C

A fine collection of art for your cultural experience and expands on two floors. I fully enjoyed seeing many styles and materials used in the art. Textiles, metal, oils, bead work, photography, and much more.

Comfortable seating is throughout the galleries. Donโ€™t forget the beautiful hotel with several styles of rooms and incredible views of downtown.

A wonderful place to stay or visit for brunch or dinner.

  1. I trust Ms Wanda’s advice on her articles. I’m getting one of these cocktails this weekend.

  2. Free art gallery downtown in a luxury setting. I saw the menu online, fair prices and valet parking.
Fun bright article from Rich Auntie
