The red wines are produced with a grenache base and 13 other varietals. Pairs well with game, hamburgers, and hearty vegan soups. The white wine is grenache Blanc based and produced with 6 grape varietals, and pair with fried shrimp, baked chicken, and tuna casserole.

Red tastes of rich raspberry with high acidity and evolves into saddle leather, licorice, and “Herbs de Provence” to enlighten the palette. White tastes of organic apples, citrus, and rainier cherry.

Each bottle is embossed with the Papal Coat of Arms, which looks like a Pope hat in front of two crossed skeleton keys.
